Henry Point Development (HPD) was founded in 2017 by Travis Henry.

Travis began his career in construction, working in the field, and later as a project manager and estimator for Camas-based Robertson & Olson Construction. His background and experiences working in the construction industry helped to shape his perspective on development and over the years has provided valuable insight into the critical role that contractors play in mitigating risk and delivering a successful project.

Before forming Henry Point Development, Travis was the Senior Vice President of Development at Cairn Pacific LLC and Vice President of Wildwood | Mahonia, a Salem-based family of companies with a diverse range of activities: agriculture, urban planning, sustainable real estate development, and non-profit work.

Travis was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington and now lives in Portland with his wife and two sons.
