Henry Point Development is pleased to announce that it has been selected to purchase and adaptively repurpose the historic City Hall Building in downtown Milwaukie, Oregon into a vibrant, neighborhood-focused retail and office hub, which will house three talented and popular tenant groups, as well as dedicated office space for small businesses and community organizations.

We see the City Hall Building as the gateway property to the City of Milwaukie. Thanks to the City’s vision and commitment to spurring quality development in this area, the neighborhood is now ready for a walkable, family-friendly establishment with beautiful outdoor areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks in the evening. We are very excited at the opportunity to work on such a beautiful building and to deliver a thoughtful and creative redevelopment plan that honors the building’s history and symbolic connection to the City and energizes the location with exciting new uses, services, and partnership opportunities that will promote lasting community connections, long after the City vacates the property.
