The redevelopment of an existing 13,750 SF tilt warehouse in SE Salem into an energy efficient industrial incubator focusing on food and beverage producers such as Wandering Aengus Ciderworks , Anthem Cider, and Fresh n Local Foods. Worked closely with the City of Salem Urban Renewal Department to develop the innovative Small Business Grant program to attract and incubate small businesses located in the Fairview Industrial District. The Project included seismic upgrades, new storefront, shared office and conference space, and energy efficiency upgrades such as photovoltaic and solar thermal.

Cash & Carry Smart Foodservice

1825 NW 19th Ave, Portland, OR 97209

Adaptive reuse of an existing 35,000 warehouse in the NW Industrial district of Portland to accommodate a Cash & Carry Smart Foodservice Grocery Store. Project scope included seismic upgrades, converting 10,000 SF of the building into a covered parking structure, new roof, storefront, utilities, loading dock and associated site and right of way improvements.

Sequential Pacific Biodiesel

The development and construction management of Oregon’s largest commercial scale biodiesel production facility, Sequential-Pacific Biodiesel. Located in Salem, OR, the Sequential Pacific plant produces 7 Million gallons of Biodiesel exclusively from recycled cooking oil.
